Which model is best for a family of 4?
All our models have a 12-liter capacity suitable for a family of 4-6. For maximum health benefits, we recommend the Alkaline Copper model. For reliable purification on a budget, the Post Carbon model is an excellent choice.
How often do filters need to be replaced?
Typically, sediment and carbon filters last 6-12 months, the RO membrane 2-3 years, and the UV lamp annually. We provide a maintenance schedule and will send you a reminder when it's time for a change!
Will it work with high-TDS borewell water?
Yes, absolutely. Our advanced RO technology is designed to effectively handle high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) from borewell or tanker water. We will test your water quality for free before installation to ensure optimal performance.
What is included in the 1-year warranty?
